P-13 is the worksite of
New York based film-maker Mark Foster.
His collaborations and projects have taken him all over the world. Foster's film and photography is rooted in his passion for real stories, natural settings, and classic design. His commercial directing style comes from a foundation of comedy spots and a knack for getting real-people to tell their story. He has worked in India, Hong Kong, Beijing, London, Germany, The Philippines, Venezuela, Iceland, Mongolia, Canada
and the US.

The New Grand Tour is a traveling artist project that uses art as the medium for cultural exchange. Funded by Diesel Jeans and Suitman Entertainment, the first New Grand Tour trip included artists Suitman, Jose Parla, Rostarr, Deanne Cheuk and Photographer Davi Russo traveling through the vast Chinese countryside of Shangri La. 69 Minutes of Fame is the documentary about New York hockey punk band, Two Man Advantage. Filmed and edited by Commercial Director Mark Foster in 1998-2000, 69 Minutes of Fame tells how Two Man Advantage was formed as a joke for a halloween party and miraculously got a record deal and began living dual-lives to take it seriously.
